dad's 40th!

She loves cake, and the ensuing sugar rush! The video shows her really enjoying the sucrose-laden icing!

18-month checkup

Height- 34 inches... as usual, she's at the top of the chart above the 95th percentile!

Weight- 25 lbs, 8oz., which puts her right at the 75th percentile.

An afternoon at the park

Alex had a lot of fun chasing birds, then feeding some of her graham crackers to the ducks (and yes, in the video, Alex held the cracker in her own hand and fed it to the bird...later she did it completely on her own without mom holding her hand! Fearless!!). I love the duck sounds in the video...you might have to turn up the volume a bit to hear them.
